Please note; this is only a request form. If your request is accepted 50% of your rug's total cost(minus shipping) is required upfront. This upfront cost is non-refundable. **The final cost in the form may differ from actual costs** (But don't worry, it'll be cheaper)

I'm Johnny. Thank you for contacting me to bring your ideas to life!

In this order request form I will hopefully answer all your questions regarding your potential rug. This includes the most important question, 'how much will it cost?'

The cost of each rug is uniquely priced based on different factors such as: number of colors, size, complexity/details, etc. I will breakdown the cost for you as you fill out the form.

As stated before, 50% of your total cost(minus shipping) will be required upfront and is non-refundable. I use those funds to purchase materials used for your rug. The remaining cost(+ shipping) will be required after it's completion.

I can do something based off of a design you send in, or a completely custom deign of my own(see attached photo). There is a custom design fee of $50.

My rugs usually take 1.5 - 2.5 weeks to ship out.

**All measurements will be in inches**

The smallest commissioned rug I will do is 15 x 15. The largest I can do is roughly 28 x 30. Please Note: The smaller the rug, the less details it will have.

Please note: The larger rugs normally take roughly 10 hours of working time, If I notice it will take longer I will contact you before proceeding. Additional time would be paid for at rugs completion. *If the design is simple, it may not take the full 10 hours of working time if you want that size* Please select the size rug you initially chose for a more accurate quote.

Rush Orders

I do accept rush orders. HOWEVER, your order may or may not be accepted. If I have multiple rush orders I will have to decline due to not being able to meet your deadline. Thank you for your understanding.
