Lewisburg Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Market Street and Third Street will both be open to pedestrian traffic only, giving you an excellent opportunity to show and sell. Past events have drawn over 10,000 attendees.
NEW in 2025, the Festival hours will be changing to 9am to 4pm. This change is in response to vendor feedback to allow more time at the end of the event to dismantle your display prior to the road opening at 6pm.
The Festival is held rain or shine and all vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event.
A non-refundable fee of $25 is required when submitting your application. If you are selected as a vendor we will contact you for your booth payment.
Application deadline is January 15, 2025.
No late applications will be accepted.
2025 LEWISBURG ARTS FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
ELIGIBILITY
All artists and crafters, professional or amateur, are invited to enter. All items must be original work by the entrant or joint exhibitors working on the same body of work - not a consortium of artists. Participation in previous years is no guarantee of acceptance this year.
To ensure artistry of the highest quality, all entries are juried by a panel of professionals. The Lewisburg Arts Council reserves the right to limit the entries per category.
The artist whose work has been accepted MUST be present for the entire show. Each artist is responsible for the collection and payment of Pennsylvania 6% sales tax. Each artist is responsible for assembling, managing, cleaning and removing their exhibit. The Artists Committee reserves the right to exclude any artist, without refund, who breaks these rules while the show is in progress.
Vendors who do not show without prior written communication with the LAC may not be accepted to participate in future LAC events.
Artifical Intelligence (AI) generated artwork is not permitted.
All work must be the artist's original design. Do not infringe on copyrights. If using the Lewisburg lamp post in your work, please request permission from the Lewisburg borough.
FESTIVAL BOOTHS
Booth spaces are 10' wide X 10' deep. There is approximately 3' of space between vendor booths. Artists may apply for double booth space. Additional space is available for an additional fee.
It is suggested all booths consist of 2 sides and a backdrop as well as some type of overhead protection as the Festival is held RAIN OR SHINE. No electricity or WiFI is provided for booths. Generators are not permitted. Booths may not be staked down but instead must be secured with sandbags or similar weights. Any variations must be approved by the committee.

FESTIVAL LAYOUT
Artist booths located on Market Street and Third Street will be positioned on ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE YELLOW LINE. This layout is required to meet the regulations of local emergency services. Additional locations adjacent to Market Street may also be assigned at the discretion of the Artists Committee.
WEATHER
This Festival will not be canceled because of inclement weather. This is an outdoor event; be prepared for any type of weather. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you close your booth/stand due to inclement weather.
