To qualify for a Club Standard of Excellence Award, questions 1 and 2 must be checked Yes, and a minimum of 30 points total.

Extra Credit for activities or donations that are particularly large, which most clubs cannot do each year.

These projects are worth 2 points each.

These activities are worth 1 point each.

30 points = minimum to receive a Club Standard of Excellence.
