Statement of Entry - After completing the registration, the Exam Centre will send a provisional Statement of Entry to the candidate to cross-check and confirm if all entries and other information are correct. Thus, if there're any changes to be made the candidate must inform the Exam Centre immediately. Failure to do so may cause additional 3,000 baht for administrative fees if changes need to be made within the late entries period. The official Statement of Entry will be given on the first day of your examination and is required to bring with you at all times on all your examination days. Please note that if you lost your Statement of Entry, a 500 baht fee will be incurred to receive a new one.
Thai National ID / Passport - It is required for the candidate to bring the original Thai National ID / Passport on all their examination days. A copy or a photo is not allowed.
Exam Timetable - The candidate will receive the timetable at least a week prior to the examination. The timetable consists of the dates, timings, exam duration, and exam venues.
Dress Code - You must wear either a school uniform or appropriate attire. Shorts/miniskirts and slippers are strictly prohibited.
Calculators, Dictionaries, and Spell-checkers
- You may use a calculator unless you are told that you may not do so.
- If you use a calculator, make sure it works properly and the battery is working.
- Clear anything stored in it.
- Do not bring into the examination room any operating instructions or prepared programs.
- You must not use a dictionary or computer spell-checker unless you have been informed before the examinations that you may do so.
Candidate’s Results - The results for the January series will be released via email around the first week of March. Please ensure that the email you provided is correct and activated.
Examination Fees - After completing the online registration, the Exam Centre will send the invoice via email to the candidate along with the payment methods.
**Late Entry Fee - If you register within the late entry period, 3,000 baht will be incurred per subject for Cambridge International and IGCSE Pearson Edexcel and per unit for Pearson Edexcel.
Please see the details below regarding your conduct on the examination day.
- Arrive at the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
- Bring your own stationery necessary for the exam.
- If you arrive late for an examination, report to the Examination Centre. If you arrive after the examination has ended, you will not normally be allowed to take it.
- If you miss an examination without a valid reason, you will not normally be given a grade in the subject.
- Leave outside the examination room, or with the invigilator, anything that you do not need or which is not allowed.
- Take into the examination room the pens, pencils, rulers, and any instruments that you need for the examination.
- You must write in blue or black ink except for multiple-choice papers that must be completed in pencil (B or HB).
- Correcting fluid must never be used during an examination and highlighter pens or glue must not be used unless specifically permitted by the syllabus.
- You must not borrow anything from another candidate during the examination.
