Please note: Some Credit Card companies provide 'free' travel insurance cover if you use your card to pay for some or your entire trip. Please be aware that the level of cover can vary widely and may contain significant exclusions or limitations. If you are relying on credit card cover, we will ask you for a copy of the policy document, policy number and emergency assistance numbers. These can be obtained by calling your card company or bank. Please bring a copy of your personalised comprehensive insurance policy with you when travelling.

All travel documents will be forwarded to you via email approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. Should you require us to mail hardcopies of your travel documents to you, an express postage and handling charge of $A20 will apply. Higher costs apply for express post to New Zealand.

COVID-19
Two’s a Crowd does not require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to travel with us. However, we do encourage our clients to be vaccinated in order to protect themselves and others. Specific proof of vaccination or testing may be required by an airline, cruise line or destination. Please ensure you check relevant requirements carefully.
It is strongly recommended that all clients bring a good supply of the above items with them. Rapid test kits and masks are sometimes not readily available for purchase locally. We also strongly recommend clients wear a facemask on board aircraft at all times. Please refer to your website for more information on our COVID-19 policy.
