    ***OCRDA Operates a "1 strike" policy. If any issues are not remedied by the next event, the boat will be disqualified until the work has been carried out. 

    **Any dangerous issues found will prevent the boat from

    racing immediately until fixed. 

    **SAVE and CONTINUE OPTION

    IF THIS FORM IS SAVED, to CONTINUE LATER: 

    You, the Scrutineer, will be asked to enter your email address

    and you will be sent a link to Continue the form later.

    Please ensure you use the link in the email and come back to the form to document clearly in the freetext box below whether 

    1) any issues identified have been remedied and

    2) whether the boat is safe to race.

    Then, choose PASS OR FAIL from the dropdown 

    instead of SAVE TO CONTINUE

     

  • By Signing this Scrutineering form, I confirm I have made the rider aware of any minor issues found that need fixing and explained the 1 strike policy. If I have found any issues with the boat that would make it unsafe to race, I have declared it NOT SAFE. This Scrutineering check IS NOT A COMPLETE SAFETY CHECK OF THE WHOLE VESSEL, but items deemed necessary to be checked for racing. Ultimate responsibility for the safety of this boat lies with the owner/competitor.

     

    If I find a boat UNSAFE to race, I will inform Race Manager and/or Race Secretary.

  • By Signing this Scrutineering form, I confirm I have been made aware of any issues identified and understand the 1 strike policy. If any issues with the boat have been found that would make it unsafe to race, I stand by the Scrutineer's decision and will contact the Race Manager if I disagree with this decision.

    I understand this Scrutineering check IS NOT A COMPLETE SAFETY CHECK OF THE WHOLE VESSEL, but items deemed necessary to be checked for racing. Ultimate responsibility for the safety of this boat lies with the owner/myself as competitor.
