Stands located on the Mezzanine Level can deliver from 8am on Saturday 1 February

Stands located on the Ground Floor can deliver from 2pm on Saturday 1 February

Although we cannot guarantee that you will be given the exact delivery slot that you have requested, we will work together with the venue and the lifting contractor to make sure it will be as close as possible. If you are not contacted, please assume your time slot is as requested.

Queuing and parking close to the BDC is very difficult, producing and working with a delivery schedule should ensure quicker access for all concerned. There are 2 goods lifts available for the delivery of stand materials and exhibits.

Gallery Hall Goods Lift (in the middle of the mezzanine hall) – Capacity: 3000kg Size: 5500mm (deep) x 2550mm (wide) x 2500mm (height) Please note this one has to be moved around a corner.

Main Hall Goods Lift (by the loading bay) – Capacity: 3000kg Size: 3900mm (deep) x 1900m (wide) x 1900mm (height)

Please note: Although the pallet may fit in the lift, they may still be too big to get into the halls / to the stand itself – please contact DSV to discuss this in further detail on +44 (0)121 780 2627

If you have appointed an outside contractor who will deliver and build your Space Only stand, we will ask the Contractors for this information.

Vehicle Pass

To access the Loading Bay you will require a vehicle pass.

Please click here to download and print the Loading Bay (Liverpool Road end, accessed via the back of the venue) pass off for each vehicle. This pass is suitable for stands on the Mezzanine and Gallery Levels.

Should you require a vehicle pass for the Main Entrance Loading Bay (Stairwell E/main entrance end) then please contact the operations team directly via ops.sds@montgomerygroup.com and they will email this to you. This is suitable if your stand is located on the Ground Floor.
