6.30pm tee/coffee with 7pm start. This is an In-person Seminar for Handicap Secretaries of all Munster Affiliated Clubs.  There will be no Virtual Option or Recordings. Attendance is limited to two persons per Club, one Male and one Female. This Seminar is specific to Annual Handicap Review. Questions will be permitted once full presentation is completed.
