Nothing beats a pool party!
Hello and thank you for your interest in booking a pool party at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC)!

Please read the following information before completing this form:
- Review our Party Package page carefully for pricing.
  - There are two party options
  - Additional fees apply for ADD ONS to the package
  - Guest count is limited, additional fees apply for extra guests.
- This is a REQUEST form to reserve a date and the type of pool party you would like to have.
- Completing this form DOES NOT CONFIRM your party or the date requested.
  We will contact you to confirm the date and time and then an invoice will be sent to you.
- Once your DATE IS CONFIRMED, a 50% DEPOSIT payment must be made within 24 hours to hold it.
- The remaining balance must be PAID PRIOR TO the party start time.
- Any child that does not know how to swim MUST BRING AND WEAR a life jacket at all times while in/around the pool.
- Waivers must be signed by all attendees.
- No outside food/drinks allowed other than birthday cake
