The purpose of this nomination form is to make a case for the named project to be considered for the ICE Robert Stephenson Awards 2025 and it should therefore be completed and read in conjunction with the rules. Other than the photographs, drawings, diagrams and links to digital video listed in section 8 below, no additional information or documentation should be provided, unless requested.
Please ensure you consult with the RSA 2025 entry information pack (available to download from the awards webpage) before completing this online form. Collaboration between the client, contractor and consultant involved in a project is expected before submission to the awards.

Award Criteria

The following criteria will be used by the judges for their assessment of each project based upon the submission and interview. All 6 criteria will be assessed, therefore all sections of this form should be completed. Please also provide evidence for each of the categories e.g. survey results, accreditations, numerical evidence, etc.

2. Sustainability, climate change impact and carbon footprint (considering whole-life impact)
3. Promotion of inclusive working practices and progressive health, safety and welfare
4. Project delivery (programme, budget and quality)
5. Social value and community
6. Collaboration, partnership

Up to four, full colour jpg photographs may be submitted. These should be a minimum of 1Mb (1,500 x 2,000 pixels)/300 dpi, copyright-free for publication. Please include a layout plan and location map. Up to two A3 drawings may also be submitted, and up to two A4 diagrams. Up to two links to digital video footage from the project may also be included.
