Trunk or Treat Registration Form

Harvest Moon's 1st Annual Trunk or Treat

Please fill out the form carefully to register to set up a Trunk for this event. Event will take place on Saturday October 12th rain or shine. Set up will be from 3:00 pm to 4 pm for registered organizations, businesses and groups to park and decorate vehicles. Entry for the event participants at 4 pm. Trunk or Treating will take place from 4/4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. You are welcome to bring kids to participate in the trick or treating and your parking space will also be yours to watch the movie combo if you choose to stay for the movies. You may bring pop up canopies in the event of rain, as long as it is not windy. If it is windy, we cannot allow canopies as they tend to fly away and can damage other cars and injure people.
Please fill out information for your group, business or organization. We need to know what vehicle you plan to bring(how big it is for parking), how many people you plan to have in the vehicle, a logo/image for advertisement at the event, and contact information. We will provide some candy and goodies to hand out to participants and you are welcome to bring your own. We expect anywhere from 300-700 kids to participate in this event. Please make sure you tell us whether you plan to stay for the movies and select which screen you want to see so we can park you for the event. We have room for 25 vehicles with a screen view on screen 1(Monster House & Coraline) and are now full for screen 2(Beetlejuice 1 & 2 combo).

We will be accepting up to 60 decorated vehicles maximum. Please make sure you have specified whether you plan to stay to watch the movie or if you plan to leave after the Trunk or Treat portion so we know where to park you for the event. Thank you for your submission. We will be in touch the week before the event to provide more information on the setup, entry and tear down procedures.
