    1. Estimate Disclaimer: The pricing provided on this form is an initial estimate based on the information you have supplied. This estimate is not guaranteed and may be adjusted after a thorough evaluation of your home’s size, state, and specific cleaning needs.
     
    2. Final Pricing: Final pricing will be determined after an in-person assessment of your home. Factors such as the actual size of the home, the extent of services required, and any special requests or conditions will influence the final cost. Each Service Day is a separate charge unless an alternate plan is agreed upon.

    3. Assessment Appointment: A representative will contact you to schedule an in-person assessment. During this assessment, we will evaluate your home to finalize the pricing. This assessment is required to provide an accurate quote.

    4. Scope of Work: The scope of work and specific tasks will be discussed and agreed upon during the assessment. Any changes or additions to the initially agreed-upon tasks may result in additional charges.

    5. Deposit: A deposit of 50% on all services is required to secure your service appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of the service.

    6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of the assessment or cleaning service must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    7. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon once the final pricing is established. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you during the assessment.

    8. Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is to provide high-quality services tailored to your needs. If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

    9. Health and Safety: We adhere to strict health and safety standards, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment. Please inform us of any specific health or safety concerns you may have.

    10. Confidentiality: All personal information provided by you will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services. We do not share your information with third parties.

    11. Acceptance of Terms: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You understand that the initial estimate is subject to change based on the final assessment of your home.
