To ensure that we can put on the best production, attendance to all scheduled rehearsals is key. We appreciate that some absences may be unavoidable, but request that all known absences are shared with us here.
Please include all dates and times when you are not available between now and the 13th April 2025. (NB we would expect our principals to be at 95% of rehearsals).*
We know that cast members sign up to be part of the production with the best intentions of attending as many rehearsals as they can, however, we 'as a production company' have a responsibility to produce a high quality show that our audiences have come to expect from us. With this in mind, we take attendance at rehearsals seriously and would like you to do the same.

1. Undeclared absence & recurring unavailability during the rehearsal period could result in your character being re-blocked and allocated to another cast member in attendance.

2. If the creative team - in agreement with the Charity Trustees - feel that your absence is impacting the production, your role may be revised and you may be asked to leave the cast.

At the beginning of your chosen audition session we'll also be taking headshots of everyone attending to use in our initial social media cast announcement post. Additionally, we will also take photographs throughout the rehearsal process to use in our marketing of the production.
