  • INTERNAL Customer Web Account Set-up Request (Shopify)

    This request form is meant for customers that already exist in Traverse and is for INTERNAL use only. If the customer doesn't exist in Traverse already, please contact AR and the account manager first and do not send along RHWEBSALE as being the customer ID.

    If you need to set up 5+ accounts at a time or a customer uses a single RH ID for multiple ship-tos, please fill out this spreadsheet with the requested information and send via email to Theresa (tmcgray@russellhendrix.com).

    Please allow 1-2 business days for the additions or updates to be made.

  • Customer Level

  • Customer level must match the level the account is currently assigned in Traverse. You need to have any changes made in Traverse before submitting a different customer level/pricing, and if there is a discrepancy, the level listed in Traverse is what they will be assigned online. 

    Street customers need their accurate level (PARTNER, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, ELITE, etc) which can be found on the Defaults tab in the AR Customer record.

    Do not put STREET. That is a Class Code not a customer level.

  • ATTENTION

    STREET is not a customer level. Please enter the level as it appears in Traverse. ex: PARTNER

  • RIM Location

  • If a street customer or buying group, include their RIM Location, which can be found under the Profit Centre field in the AR Customer profile in Traverse.

  • Tax Status

  • Approver Email

    ONLY for orders that need to go to Draft status and have a HO approval need approver emails added. This is not the person requesting the addition. Approvers are NOT standard for web accounts.
