SFD+I 2026: RESEARCH WEEK A LA CARTE INTENSIVES

Please fill out the following form to register for a la carte intensives.

(Drop in classes + Jams will be released on June 20)

Location: All classes are at 12th Ave Arts or Erickson Theater

Please check the calendar to make sure you don't sign up for classes at the same time as each other.

NOTE: We charge a 5% service fee to cover credit card fees and administrative fees.

By signing below, I certify that my level of health, determined by me or my physician, will allow me to safely participate in this program. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class. I hereby release my instructor and Velocity Dance Center from responsibility for any injuries I may sustain as a result of participation in this program. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and legally, voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.By signing below, I give my permission for Velocity Dance Center to release my name, related information about me and the events I participate in via news, social media, photograph and/or video; to disperse information about the photographed, video taped, or webcasted event to the news media; to use the above information and/or the above photograph/video in Velocity Dance Center publications and promotions.

REFUND POLICY

Velocity’s refund policies were created to offer as much flexibility to our community as possible, while still protecting SFD+I from risk and instability.

The refund schedule for the Ultimate SFD+I, Performance Cohorts, or Research Week is:
Before June 19: All registration fees, less the $350 non-refundable deposit, are fully refundable for any reason.
After June 19: All registration fees, less the $350 non-refundable deposit, are 50% refundable for any reason.
After your first class begins: All registration fees are non-refundable for any reason, including illness or injury.
