Complete and submit this form for review at least 60 days prior to the date of the event. Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants can expect to receive a response regarding inquiry within 3 business days (M-F). Once approved, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail within 3 business days (M-F). Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Proof of residency is required in order to receive resident rates on party packages and rentals.

Rentals/parties are not accepted at indoor facilities on the following holidays: New Year's Eve & Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Friday after, Christmas Eve & Day.

If planning a fundraising event, please complete a Special Event Permit Application.
