  • Newcastle Show 2026 application:

    Things to Know

    • The Newcastle Show runs over three consecutive days.
    • Site bookings are for the whole of that time.
    • Your booking fee will include a $50 Environmental Levy.
    • Power is available to those that book it.
    • You Must have a current PLI certificate
    • No Vehicles are permitted onsite during the show from 9am to 10pm unless authorised.
    • Bump In is between 6am and 8am each day
    • Bump Out is from 10pm unless otherwise advised by the event staff.
    • Free parking is available at Richardson Park opposite the Showgrounds.
    • You must pay your fees by the due date to secure your booking.
    • Once your booking is complete, you will be issued with a stall allocation permit and a VAP (Vehicle Access Pass), the VAP must be displayed in your car window at all times when onsite, failure to do so will result in your car being removed. 
    • Please note that a completed Booking Form is not a guarantee of acceptance.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:

     Every amp intended for use on your site must be listed on this form.  This will ensure the power level is not exceeded and that sufficient power is supplied to each designated exhibitor. 

    Failure to list requirements may result in tripping the circuit breaker causing power interruptions.  Should this happen you may be charged a penalty of $100 in addition to your power fee, and you may be disconnected.

     SPLITTING POWER ACROSS YOUR OWN POWER BOARDS IS NOT PERMITTED.  ALL LEADS MUST BE SECURED BY CABLE TRAYS OR MATTING.  NO POWER LEADS ARE TO BE FLOWN WITHOUT A RISK ASSESSMENT BEING PERFORMED AND VERIFIED BY A QUALIFIED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

    All extension leads/power boards and equipment on-site MUST be tested & tagged in accordance with regulations. For any additional testing & tagging will incur a fee of $30 per lead.

     

    Power will be available from Thursday 26th Feb 2026. Should you require setup before this date, please ensure you have made prior arrangements with the Newcastle Show Events Team on 02 4961 2085.

  • Please note: Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance to the event. If you are accepted you will receive an invoice. Payment of this invoice by the due date secures your position.
