  • General Information

    Vendor booth assignments are made on a "First come/First serve" basis. Vendor booth spaces will not be reserved until payment has been received. You can submit payment online or via a mailed check. Details are at the bottom of this application. An additional fee applies to online payments made via Pay Pal.

    Vendor booth assignments/locations are not guaranteed but if you have special needs or requirements or any questions, please request a call back and we will contact you and make every effort to accommodate you.

    Indoor Vendors upon arrival and prior to unloading, please sign in and pick up your Vendor packet containing wristbands, your booth location and other important information at the "Check in Table" from 7:00am - 10:00am. You must be signed in before unloading and setting up your booth.

    Each Vendor will receive 2 free admission wristbands. Vendors renting 2 or more booths will get one additional wristband. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist to be honored. All others must pay general admission of $2 for a hand stamp.

    Vendor booths are numbered and boundaries are marked with chalk. Please confine your displays, racks, signage and sale items to your assigned booth space. Don't block the aisles. Please observe the booth boundary lines.

    Vendors agree to confine{name} all racks, display items, signage, and merchandise within their assigned booth spaces.

    Electricity is not available for all indoor booths.  You must request access to electric at the time you make your reservation. Extension cords are not permitted to cross aisleways.

    Tables and chairs are not provided. You must provide your own.

    The GTE does not permit the selling of beverages or food products from a booth  as we have a food vendor already on site. 

    The GTE limits any all raffles/contests/drawings by Vendors. These must be requested at registration and have prior approval from the GTE committee. 

    The Greene County Expo Center prohibits the use of Tape on building floors/walls.

    The Greene County Expo Center prohibits dogs and other animals inside the building other than service animals.

  • Upon arrival all Vendors should sign in and pick up their Vendor packet containing their free admission wristbands, their booth location, and other important information at the "Check in Table" from 7:00am to 10:00am. You will be asked to sign in to receive your packet. Do not unload until you have signed in and received your Vendor packet.

    Please unload in a timely manner. Please don't block doorways and/or driveways with your vehicle. Once your vehicle is unloaded, please move it away from the building immediately and park it in the lot before setting up your booth.

    You may unload from 7:00am to 10:00am.  The overhead doors will be closed at 10:00am. No unloading after 10:00am.

    Late arrivals after 10:00am please come to the Warren County OHC Booth 31. Late arrivals may be consdiered no-shows and we reserve the right to re-rent your booth space to another vendor. No Refunds will be made for no-shows.

    Each Vendor is responsible to clean up their booth area, pick up trash, cardboard boxes should be flattened and all trash placed in the trash cans provided.  Larger items should be taken to the dumpsters across the parking lot. Before leaving, please make sure your booth space is clean...just like it was when  you arrived.

  • Booth reservations may be made via Check or Money Order Payable to: Warren County OHC or via online payment with PayPal.   A service fee is added to any online payments.

    Online Booth Costs including the Service Fee:

    5x10  = $26.40

    5x15  =  $31.60

    10x10 = $42.00

    10x15 = $68.00

    Reservations made without payment will not be assigned a booth until payment is made or received if mailed. Unpaid reservations will be held until the first of March 2025.  Prime booth assignments will be made on a first come first serve basis. 

    No Refunds will be made for no-shows, and we reserve the right to re-rent your booth space to another Vendor if your are late or a no-show.
