EVENT DAY PROCEDURES & POLICIES:
- I understand flea market/yard sale items are NOT allowed: video games, DVD's, CD's, used jackets, shoes and clothes are not permitted at any CG Events.
- I understand that I must provide everything I need for my booth setup including tables, chairs and tent(s).
- I understand I may NOT be the only vendor selling my type of products/services.
- I understand that I am responsible for any damages that are left behind from my booth set-up.

Events are RAIN OR SHINE
At Charlotte Grace Events, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable events that leave a lasting impression. To make that possible we put so much into planning our events. As you all know mother nature is very hard to predict when you plan an event so far in advance. From past experience, customers still attend events even if the forecast calls for rain. We have had vendors report that the rainy event was one of their best events.
* The ONLY reason an event will be canceled is due to weather caused by acts of God that could potentially cause injury or threat to life, has caused damage to the venue OR the venue itself cancels due to any reason on their end out of our control. These circumstances are out of Charlotte Grace Events control therefore NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ARE AVAILABLE.
VENDOR CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
**VENDOR CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL CG EVENTS– If YOU CANCEL your application for an event, regardless of the reason, UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, there is a $75 cancellation fee with your balance refunded to you, OR you may transfer the entire application to another event. (See application transfer rules below).
If you cancel your application for an event ON the 60th day before the event UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT YOU CAN TRANSFER the application ONLY & ONLY IF A SPACE IS AVAILABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. On the 30th day and the days leading up to the event, NO REFUNDS will be given OR event APPLICATION TRANSFERS AVAILABLE for any reason.
**APPLICATION TRANSFERS-
Application transfers are ONLY good for Events held within 6 months from the original order/booking date. NOT THE ACTUAL EVENT DATE.
EVENT TRANSFERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOUR CATEGORY IS NOT FULL FOR A FUTURE EVENT WITHIN THAT 6 MONTH TIME SPAN. PLEASE REMEMBER OUT EVENTS BOOK UP EARLY SO YOUR CATEGORY MAY BE FULL THEREFORE AN EVENT TRANSFER IS NOT GUARANTEED.
We will provide a list of events that have space in your category within the 6 month time span allowed for your transfer and you must choose one of those events or forfeit your booth fee. Our events start booking way in advance therefore we CAN NOT GUARANTEE a space will be available for another event when you cancel. If you choose not to participate in one of the events offered you agree that you are forfeiting your booth fee for the canceled event.
*IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING WITH A HIGHER BOOTH FEE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN THE BOOTH FEE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION TRANSFER.
**This EXCLUDES ALL Cambridge Square Events, Holiday on Hamill and vendors who paid upfront for EVENTS for the year using the 15% discount. There are NO REFUNDS or APPLICATION TRANSFERS for these
