Carnival's Picnic in the Park 16th June 2027 - Stall Booking Form

Leighton-Linslade Carnival is a membership organisation (no membership fees payable Contact details entered on this form will be stored on Leighton-Linslade Carnival membership database, and will only be used for purposes related to Carnival, and it's related events. It will not be shared with other groups or organisations.
Carnival's Picnic in the Park 2027 will be held on 10th June 2027 at Parsons Close Recreation Ground

Please complete and submit this form, by the Sunday preceding the event.The booking fee (where appropriate), public liability insurance certificate and risk assessment, should be sent to: Mark Freeman, 7 Station Road, Linslade, Leighton Buzzard LU7 2NA or emailed to contact@leightoncarnival.co.uk

Final details regarding access and car permits will be issued during the week before Carnival.

Charity Stalls are charged at £10.00 per 4m pitch.

Business/Commercial Stalls are charged at £20 per 4m pitch.

Preschool/Toddler group/Nursery Stalls are charged at £15.00 per 4m pitch.

Stall-holders should note that Parsons Close is not a flat area
