1. Club Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled by reaching out to our Wine Club Manager prior to the Quarterly Billing (after 4th package).

2. Once packages are billed and fulfilled they are non-refundable.

3. Someone over the age of 21 must be present to receive the wine shipment or to pick up a Cree Wine Company

4. Membership benefits are non-transferable to non-members.

5. By signing this form you declare that you are 21 years of agae and that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of Membership. You also authorize Cree Wine Company to automatically bill your credit card on file for the quarterly packages, including all applicable taxes and shipping (if shipping) for the membership you have chosen.
