Driver Agreement Declaration

1. Non-Full-Time Engagement*

I acknowledge that driving or delivering for Atadel is not a full-time position, and I understand that my earnings are not guaranteed. I agree not to engage in driving or delivering for Atadel full-time and understand that this is an independent contractor role.

2. Terms and Conditions Agreement*

I have read and agree to Atadel's Terms and Conditions (link below) and the Driver-Customer Privacy & Conduct Standards (link below). I understand that I am bound by these terms while using Atadel’s platform.

3. Respect and Professionalism*

I agree to treat all customers with respect, patience, and professionalism during all interactions. I will maintain a courteous and friendly attitude and adhere to Atadel's customer service standards.

4. Zero Tolerance for Misuse of Customer Information*

I acknowledge that I am prohibited from contacting customers outside of an order or delivery, and from visiting their homes without Atadel's prior consent or outside of the delivery process. I understand that violations of this policy will result in permanent termination from the Atadel network.

5. Safety and Legal Compliance*

I agree to operate my vehicle safely and in accordance with all local laws and regulations while using the Atadel platform. I understand that any violations, including reckless driving or unlawful conduct, may lead to my immediate suspension or termination.

6. Data Accuracy*

I confirm that all the information I have provided to Atadel is accurate and up-to-date. I agree to update my information as necessary to ensure continued compliance.

7. Independent Contractor Status*

I understand that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of Atadel. As such, I am responsible for managing my own taxes, insurance, and other personal liabilities.
