Driver Agreement Declaration
By completing this form, you agree to the following terms as a driver with Atadel (Please read carefully).
Section 1: Nature of Engagement

I understand that driving for Atadel is NOT FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT and earnings are not guaranteed. I agree I am an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, not an employee, and I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and liabilities.
Section 2: Policies and Standards
*
I have read and agree to Atadel’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Driver–Customer Privacy & Conduct Standards (links below). I agree to follow all rules, policies, and future updates from Atadel.

Section 3: Availability and Job Acceptance

I will make myself reasonably available to accept and fulfill orders. I understand customers can book deliveries FROM 1 HOUR TO 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE, and I must plan accordingly. I may accept or decline jobs, but FREQUENT DECLINES may reduce the number of jobs I receive.
Section 4: Other Driving Gigs
*
I may also work with other driving or delivery platforms. However, if I accept an Atadel order, I must complete it ON TIME AND IN FULL BEFORE doing any other work. Accepting an order means I commit to giving it my full attention until completed.
Section 5: Timeliness
*
I must always be ON TIME for pickups and deliveries. Repeated lateness may result in warnings, fewer jobs, or removal from the platform.
Section 6: Order Completion and Cancellation
*
Once I accept an order, I must complete it unless I immediately notify Atadel that I cannot do it or it was accepted by mistake. I will NOT MARK AN ORDER "UNDELIVERED" without contacting Atadel first. Frequent cancellations of orders may reduce jobs or lead to removal.
Section 7: Proof of Delivery
*
After delivery, I must provide PHOTO PROOF OF DELIVERY of receiver holding the package. At NO POINT must I leave a package at the door or elsewhere without receiver's knowledge. I must contact Atadel support if receiver is not responding. Failure to provide proof may result in non-payment or removal.
Section 8: Respect and Professionalism
*
I will treat all customers, staff, and other drivers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. I will not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or contacting customers outside of delivery. I understand serious violations may result in immediate suspension or ban.
Section 9: Safety and Compliance
*
I will operate my vehicle safely and legally, following all traffic laws. Reckless, unsafe, or illegal driving may lead to destroyed packages which could also lead to immediate removal.
Section 10: Service Type (Package Delivery Only)
*
I understand I am currently approved for package delivery only. Atadel is still obtaining rideshare licensing. Once rideshare is active, additional documents and approvals will be required before I can carry passengers (if interested).
Section 11: Types of Deliveries
*
I understand customers may send many types of items, including trays of food, cakes, flowers, gifts, groceries, and general packages. Items must fit in a normal-sized vehicle. I will not be expected to transport oversized, unsafe, or improperly packaged items. I agree to handle all deliveries with care and confirm proof of delivery as required.
Section 12: Monitoring and Consequences

I understand Atadel monitors every order for timeliness, proof of delivery, and customer feedback. I may receive warnings, reduced jobs, suspension, or removal for poor performance or misconduct. Atadel may remove me immediately for serious violations.
Section 13: Important Reminders
*
I understand that staying online in the app increases my chances of receiving orders. The system automatically logs drivers out after about 30 hours, so I should save my login details for quick access back into the app.
Section 14: Updates
*
I understand Atadel may update this agreement or policies at any time. Continued use after notice means I accept those changes.
