THIS FORM IS NOT FOR DESIGN COURSES AND ALL DESIGN COURSE REQUESTS WILL BE DISCARDED

Starting Fall 2025, AET will honor the University's new 6th class day policy. Students will have until the 6th class day to perform course adds as they would during any registration period. There will be no more "late add" period from the 7th-12th class days.

No requests will be processed and this form will not be checked after the end of the 5th class day to allow 24 hours for students to register.
