Volunteer Fair

In celebration of Family Volunteer Day, The Volunteer Center of South Jersey will hold its annual volunteer fair bringing together local nonprofits and the community for a day of service and connecting.
NONPROFIT REGISTRATION
At the Volunteer Fair, attendees will be able to learn about the participating agencies - who they are, what they do, and their mission critical work that addresses community identified needs. More importantly, the community will be able to find opportunities to give back in their communities through service and volunteering at a South Jersey nonprofit organization.

This form is to register your organization to participate at the 2025 Volunteer Fair.

Date: November 22, 2025

Time: 11am - 2pm

Location: Rowan College South Jersey, 1400 Tanyard Rd. Sewell, NJ 08080 - Behavioral Science Building (Lobby/Student Lounge)

Registration is first come first serve basis. This is how you can be involved:

>> RECOMMENDED Activity Table - Table set-ups will be available for organizations to coordinate and conduct a family friendly activity that raises awareness or further promotes your mission. (i.e. making place mats for homeless shelter, assembling kits that are needed for your agency, etc.). All supplies for your activity MUST be supplied by the agency.

>> The Nonprofit Awareness/Information Table - Table set-ups will be available for organizations to raise awareness and network with community volunteers. This is a family friendly event, please consider fun giveaways and engaging projects.

Note: 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, and table cover included. If you are doing an activity and need an extra table, please include that in the description of your activity below.
