After learning your options, we will create a clear birth plan that you can provide your support and medical team. Then I will provide you with questions you can ask when your medical team suggests something off of your birth plan. You will also receive my 80 page doula guide and 100 page prenatal and postnatal fitness guide to help you have the best labor experience possible
