Vendor Information
Cost: $75 and a product for a giveaway.
Provisions: Each vendor will receive one 4ft to 6ft table and a chair. Please bring your own tablecloth. If you need an additional chair, please let us know at registration.
Important: All fees are non-refundable, as they are allocated for event promotion and reserving your space, which could have been offered to other vendors.
Event Time: The event runs from 3 PM to 10 PM. Your vendor table can stay open throughout the event, and you'll have the opportunity to introduce your company and products at designated times.
Setup: Vendors may start setting up at 2 PM. Please ensure all breakdown is completed by 10:30 PM. Vendors are responsible for leaving their area in the same condition as it was found.
Registration: Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, please return the registration form along with payment as soon as possible. *Giveaway must be presented before the event begins.
