Rebilling disputes can only be filed once we receive the carrier’s rebilling/adjustment invoice (usually ~2 weeks after shipment, depending on the carrier).
After submission, your dispute will be queued and filed as soon as that invoice arrives. Carrier investigations typically take an additional 1–2 weeks.
Upload supporting evidence (photos, packaging images, pickup/drop-off proof, weight/dimension proof, screenshots).
Strong evidence greatly improves the chance of a successful outcome.
