1.7 For the Organisation Update: Note any changes to the organization over the past two years that have had an impact on lean training and accreditation and any future changes planned. These could be structure, strategy, management or market related and may also include lean/continuous improvement training's positioning and role in the organization.
1.8 For the Overall review of the LCS: Provide a summary of your LCS experience over the period. For example, this could include learner evaluation of LCS linked training, its effectiveness in helping to apply lean in the workplace, impact on engagement and business results etc...
Your latest Confirmation of Accreditation letter will show this.
2.5 State the number of certificates issued over the last accreditation period
For example, to the overall structure, new courses/titles, new learning outcomes, new topics covered, etc.
Note that your Accreditation Folder will contain examples of previously submitted material. Aim to ensure the folder contains up to date material.

The DRCA indicates the relative strength of the delivery resources across the key LCS knowledge levels and can be produced through a staff self-assessment exercise. You can use your previously submitted DRCA that is in your Accreditation Folder and update if necessary. Upload the updated DRCA when completed.
