It is that time of year again when the Transportation Department experiences a high volume of bus video requests. We ask for your patience and understanding as our team works diligently to process each request as quickly and accurately as possible.
Please be aware that video retrieval, review, clipping, and download times are very time consuming. To help expedite the process, we kindly ask that all video requests include as much detail as possible. Specific information such as the date, approximate time, bus number, student names/numbers, seating location, incident description, and any supplemental details will greatly assist us in locating and clipping the exact footage needed.
Attention to detail in your requests is sincerely appreciated and will help us process requests more efficiently during this busy period.
The Transportation Department currently has all hands on deck working through these requests; however, significant delays, up to 5 business days should still be expected due to the increased demand.
