Boo at the Zoo tickets will only be refunded in the event of a weather-related Zoo closure. We are currently accepting refund requests for closures on the following dates:
- Saturday, October 5, 2024
Please note:
- refunds must be issued in the form of payment used for the original purchase
- complimentary tickets received through promotions are not eligible for refunds or tranfer to another date
- the deadline for requesting a refund is November 15, 2024
