Free Locator Service:
Our locator services are completely free to you. Using our services will never increase your lease costs or reduce any special offers available to you. In fact, our personalized approach helps uncover potential savings and favorable options within the market.
Exclusive Partnership Request:
To offer you the best possible service, we ask that you work with us exclusively as your Real Estate Agent during this rental process. Should you decide to discontinue our services, we kindly ask that you notify us. Our compensation comes solely from our commission upon the successful signing of your lease agreement, and we commit to going above and beyond as long as you allow us to serve you.
Application Fees:
A mandatory application fee of $35 is required, which covers your credit report, credit score, and background check. For each additional applicant, an extra $35 fee applies.
Offer Process & Approval:
Each contract offer made on a property is considered an application that may be accepted, countered, or denied at the discretion of the property owner. Lokation Real Estate Agents cannot guarantee acceptance, nor are they responsible for denied applications. Should an offer be denied, we will continue to work diligently with you to review other listings and submit additional offers as needed.
