  • Emotional Healing | "The Shock Factor"

    For Permanent Makeup only

    Healing – It’s a Whole Process!

While the physical healing of your brows is important, the emotional side of the journey is just as real — and totally normal.

Some clients feel confident and calm through the process, while others may look in the mirror and wonder, “What did I do to my brows?!” Trust me, both reactions are completely valid.

Remember: Change takes time to get used to. Your brain has been seeing the same face for years, so it’s natural for any sudden transformation to feel a bit shocking at first. Give it 7–10 days — your eyes and mind will adjust.

In the days following your appointment, your brows may appear darker and fuller. Then, as they begin to flake, they might look lighter or even patchy. This is all part of the healing process. Please resist the urge to judge them too early!

Keep in mind, your brows won’t be at their best until they’re fully healed — and even before your touch-up, there may be areas that need a little extra love. That’s completely normal.

If you follow your aftercare instructions closely, you’ll be setting yourself up for beautiful results. I do about 30% of the work — the rest is in the healing, and that’s where you come in!

As always, if you have any questions or concerns along the way, I’m just a message away.
