BOI - Beneficial Ownership Information (Report)

The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report is a new federal filing with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). You can file the report by yourself for FREE via (fincen.gov). Or STC can file this report on your behalf for $45 by completing this form in its entirety.
**Before you proceed, please be sure to gather the following information - copy of an unexpired Driver License(s), state ID(s) OR passport(s) - for EACH owner, as well as the company's EIN (employer identification number).
