In Move the Needle Methods I will be providing a progressive strength training plan (tailored to your experience time and equipment access!) along with hands on coaching to help you improve your form and confidence with resistance training, how does this sound? Are you up for strength training?
In this coaching course I will be providing a foundation of nutrition habits to bring structure but will expect each client to track their intake (calorie intake and protein target) as the data gives us the information we need to create results, is this something you are up for?
