Travel and Lodging Arrangements
If my request is accepted, I understand that I will be responsible for covering all travel and lodging expenses for Timothy Reddick and one (1) assistant, as follows:

Flights: Two (2) round-trip tickets.
Lodging: Two (2) king rooms in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Ground Transportation: Transportation to and from airports, hotels, and venue.
