2025 Home Tour and Street Fair
Sponsorship Information & Application

The Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association will present its Home Tour and Street Fair on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 from 10:00 am-4:00 pm.

One of the highlights of our tour is the street fair, featuring local vendors offering food, services, arts and crafts, and other unique products.

There will also be live music, a beer and wine garden, an antique car exhibit and shuttles for the participants’ enjoyment.

We anticipate this event, featuring our neighborhood, will draw an estimated 3000+ people, as it has in the past, and will provide tremendous exposure for your local business.

The Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of this charming neighborhood.

The home tour is the neighborhood’s principal fundraiser and proceeds from the event are used to preserve and maintain the beauty and historic integrity of the area, as well as to support neighborhood initiatives, such as local schools.

·         A full-page ad will be placed in the EP Magazine for 2 months, commencing once sponsorship payment is rendered.

For those looking for a smaller sponsorship package, the Supporting Sponsorship comes with benefits that will provide your company recognition as a supporter of the Encanto Palmcroft Historic Neighborhood.  Multiple sponsors will be accepted for this level.

·         A full-page ad printed in the Home Tour brochure with recognition as an Event Sponsor.

The Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association reserves the right to review sponsor applications.

A limited number of Sponsorships are available and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 

All applications must be received and paid by January 9, 2025; it is strongly suggested that applications be submitted by December 31, 2024 to secure your special Sponsor Spot for the day, including at the Street Fair.

Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a link for online payment. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 7 days of the event.

Sponsors will be assigned a special location.  Space assignments, arrival times, designated parking, and other details will be provided via email a few days
before the event.

Set up is between 7:00 am-9:00 am the day of the tour. Vehicles will temporarily be allowed to enter the vendor area as space allows, however, all vehicles must park in the designated areas by 9:30 am.

All vehicles must display, visible on the windshield, the vendor identification sheet provided on the morning of the tour so that if we need to contact you during the day, we can find you.

Sponsors are responsible for their own booths. No power or access to water will be provided. However, special requests will be considered based on need and availability.

 

Important Event Information

The Encanto Palmcroft Historic District Home Tour is on
Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm. 

Booth setup is on Sunday, March 16, 2025 between 7:00 am  and 9:00 am.
Vehicles must be removed from the area by 9:30 am and parked in the designated area. Sponsors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.

Any Sponsors who have not paid in full by January 9, 2025 will lose their Sponsorship Opportunity, including . No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after March 9.
