I acknowledge and understand that Ride For The Living 2025 is the primary fundraiser supporting JCC Krakow. By submitting this form, I agree to raise a minimum of 2,500 USD per single rider/walker/non-rider, unless otherwise indicated by the organizers.

More information about fundraising will be sent via email after completion of the registration process.

Covid-19 and other force majeures waiver:

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including COVID-19 (and other force majeures). While particular event rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19;

3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with participation in Ride For The Living, including any injury, harm, and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of JCC Krakow and/or Ride For The Living.

FINAL PROVISIONS*

I agree to the processing of personal data I provided to the Jewish Community Centre of Krakow (31-055), Miodowa 24 in order to allow my participation in the "Ride For The Living" event.

The Jewish Community Centre assures that your personal data will not be handed over to third parties or other countries. Personal data will be kept until you cancel your participation in the event or withdraw your consent to data processing, though this will not impact any data processing that took place prior to rescinding your consent.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent given. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its use, as well as to object to its use and transfer. The person whose data is processed also has the right to file a complaint with the appropriate authority. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to enter into the "Ride For The Living" event. Your data is not subject to profiling.

Your registration will be confirmed after receipt of payment.
