Conditions: Please read carefully:
- Only full members of WQ TMA can nominate another full member to stand for selection to the Board of WQ TMA.
- All nominations must be made in writing and sent by email to arrive no later than 5pm Thursday 20th November 2025.
- Receipt will be acknowledged by email within two working days.
- Section 1 & 2: Must be filled out and signed by two nominators (both of whom must be fully paid up members of WQ TMA. The contact information needs to be completed in full.
- Section 3: Must be filled out by the nominee who needs to provide their contact information. The nominee is the person that is seeking election to the Board of WQ TMA as a representative of their organisation.
- The nominee's organisation must have been already accepted as a full member of WQ TMA, having completed and submitted a membership application form, and paid the appropriate annual fees.
- Any seat on WQ TMA Board belongs to the organisation and not to the individual.
- If the number of nominations is equal to the number of vacant seats the persons nominated will be deemed to be elected.
- If the number of nominations exceeds the vacancies, then a poll will be conducted at the AGM on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
- If there are insufficient nominations to fill all vacant seats those who have applied will be automatically elected to the Board and any vacant seats will become casual vacancies.
