By filling out and submitting this form you are not and will not hold Snowflake Village accountable for any damages to property or persons at or during this event. You also understand that all fees paid to Snowflake Village are final and no refund will be issued as this is a rain or shine event. You understand that your space is 10x10 and you will be responsible for the cleanliness of this space. Port-a-Jons as well as trash cans are provided in the area at the event. You understand that if you do not list a product in the below description and it is crossed with another vendor that has not previously agreed to showcasing the same product that you may be asked to remove it from the sell of your booth on the days of the show. You understand that it is vital for you to arrive on time and not pack up and leave before the event is over for the proper flow of the event. You agree to pay 30.00 per day with a 10.00 fee if electricity is needed.
