We’re a small company, so we seek out team members with diverse skill sets, and we often build the role to match the team member.

Most roles are W2, pay $25-36/hour, and range from 24-40 hours a week depending on your availability, experience, and the range of projects you can manage independently. Our benefits package is being revamped and will be updated Nov. 2024 — ask for details. Check out teammate insights and client testimonials.

All roles are 100% remote, and our official work week is 4 days, Monday - Thursday, with the understanding some of us may need to work 2 - 6 Fridays per year as needed.

As a heads-up, we are unlikely to need entry-level help in 2024-2025, unless that person is unusually independent and resourceful.
