  • As an iThrive board member, it is required to make an annual financial contribution with a minimum of $25 per month, reaching a total of $1,250 by the end of the fiscal year.Are you able to commit to fulfilling this financial requirement through either monthly payments or in a way that best fits your financial capacity, ensuring your contribution is met by year-end?
  • The iThrive Board will initially have 4 standing committees: (1) Board Building & Governance, (2)Development, (3) Finance & Human Resources, and (4) Program. Please check all that you would be interesting in joining.
  • The iThrive board is an exciting, engaged, and hands-on working board. As a board member, you will be required to:Participate in a minimum of 4 board conference calls per year.Attend 4 quarterly meetings.Join an annual face-to-face meeting.Engage in 11 standing monthly committee meetings, which can take place via phone or online.We expect all board members to be timely and present, with a maximum of two absences allowed from board meetings. The estimated time commitment is between 3-5 hours per month, including work within and outside of meetings.Board members are also encouraged to actively support fundraising and development initiatives, including making an annual gift to iThrive that is personally meaningful. This ensures we continue making a lasting impact on the youth we serve.Board members are expected to commit to the role for a minimum of one year.We invite you to join us and be part of something that truly matters.
