* Tables provided

* Bring tablecloth & display items

* CASH, E-transfers, or Square can be used with parental supervision

* Any child under the age of 10 MUST have a parent/guardian present at their table throughout the duration of the event

Once paid a receipt of payment will be sent within 48 hours.

About the Event

Thank you for joining our event at Rocky Mountain Learning Collective (RMLC). This event was put on with the help of students at RMLC, and is for all kids between the ages of 8 - 17. Proceeds from 'entry by donation' from the public will go towards programming at RMLC.

Important Vendors Information

Event begins at 11 a.m. on Nov 28th, and ends at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28th. Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. It is important that your child creates enough sales items for the fair. You cannot take down before 2 p.m. Food vendors must provide a list of all allergen ingredients (nuts, gluten-free) used in food items/drinks.
