    Additional passes are $750 and will be added to the invoice.

    • Electrical, AV and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the exhibitor. 

      A link for ordering electrical and AV will be emailed at a later date. 

    • Shipping Information 

    • Below is the shipping informaiton for your items. Please do not have them arrive more than 2 days prior to the conference.  

      Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a $5.00 per box/envelope under 10 lbs, incoming, a $1.00 per lb./per box charge for incoming packages over 10lbs and $15.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by Hotel’s Shipping and Receiving Department. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Property is subject to a $150.00 handling charge. Shipping and receiving hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Any boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing, $125.00 per box handling fee. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please email tammy@myeventarchitects.com.

  • Your sponsorship of Florida’s National Summit on School Safety on February 27-28, 2025, affords you the opportunity to maintain an exhibit at the conference. Your exhibit must be maintained in such a manner as not to disturb or disrupt the Summit and the Foundation reserves the right to require the removal of any exhibit that it determines in its sole discretion to be disruptive.
