Photography Session Policy
1. Booking and Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit confirms your booking and goes toward the total session cost. (Ex: if you book a 1 Hour Session (cost $75), the remaining you will pay is $30).
• The deposit must be paid to hold your slot. The deposit can be paid on the form on my website. If you would like to pay another way, please email me at filmbypascale@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram: FilmByPascale
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellation: If you cancel the session, the deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves the time slot.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule without losing the deposit if you notify me at least 72 hours before your session.
3. Late Arrivals
• Please aim to arrive on time. Sessions will begin at the time you selected on the form. If you pick a 1 Hour Session and we go over, you will not be charged - unless it exceeds 3+ hours.
4. Payment
• The remaining session fee is due at the beginning of your session. Payments can be made via square, cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay or check.
5. Image Delivery
• The photos will be developed and scanned at Photoworks in San Francisco. The process takes about a week; the photos will then be emailed to me and then I will forward you the email. Printing and framing are also available at an extra cost.
6. Model Release
• By booking a session, you grant permission for the images to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Satisfaction
• I strive for a creative and enjoyable experience. If you have any specific requests or ideas, please let me know ahead of time or specify on the form.
