    We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t dispense as expected. The issue may be related to our advanced airless packaging technology, designed to protect the integrity and potency of our active ingredients.

    The airless pump delivery system vacuums the product up to the top to dispense it, instead of pumping it through a tube or straw. This design prevents excess oxygen from coming into contact with the formula, protecting the ingredients inside and keeping contaminants out

    Tips for using our airless pump bottles:

    You might experience empty pumps before the product comes out. This is completely normal for airless dispensing systems. (Some bottles may take up to 10-30 pumps to get going.) Don't open the bottle. This can damage the airless pumping mechanism.

    If you are not getting any product after five pumps (or 10-30 if your bottle was unused for a while), you should prime the pump. To do this, put the cap on, hold the bottle upside-down, and gently tap the top of the bottle against a flat surface.
