This Form can be filled out by any interested ELSA Officer from a National or Local Group of ELSA.

By filling out this form, you enable your ELSA Group to:
- receive assistance from ELSA International regarding LRG;
- be matched with other Groups interested in organising an LRG;
- be featured on the LRG website, once your LRG has been established.
Please read the form questions carefully and respond to the best of your ability.
