    ABOUT DARK MOON LISTENING
These drop-in, donation-based meditation sessions use the Dark Moon as a prompt for listening. Each session will begin with a short meditation prompt, followed by a 45-minute listening period. There will also be time for reflection and discussion. Workshops will often draw on current astrology or other seasonal/celestial themes for our listening focus.

The Dark Moon, also called the Balsamic Moon, refers to the time when the Moon is waning and in its last silvery crescent leading up to the New Moon. It's traditionally regarded as a time for more listening and less doing. We’re in the shadows; we're waning. It’s a time to be gentle with ourselves and to reflect. When we cultivate our awareness and attention during this time through listening, we can illuminate the seeds need to be planted. The Dark Moon is the fertile soil where we can begin to dream of new ways that create new waves.

Each session will be held from 8-9 pm EST; they are offered as standalone, drop-in workshops. These workshops are not recorded. If you cannot attend the workshop on the date you signed up for and made a donation, you're welcome to roll it over to another Dark Moon Listening date.

Closed captioning will be available. Please note any other questions or concerns about accessibility in the form below.

By signing up for this workshop, you consent to the use of your email address for possible future newsletters and promotional emails from Grace Woodard/Freq of Nature.
