The 2025 Genoa Candy Dance takes place September 27 & 28 — the Genoa Candy Dance is always the last “full” weekend in September. This two-day event features over 400 vendors: Arts & Crafts, Activity and Food. Plus, the original Saturday night Dinner & Dance which was established in 1919. This notable event draws thousands of people to the small Town of Genoa over a two-day period. The Faire is open to visitors from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Our Candy Dance rally will begin on Friday, Sept 26 and end on Monday, Sept 29. It will be held at the beautiful home of Jack and Kathy Hampel in Minden. We'll use their RV garage as our "clubhouse". A great rally is planned and the view of the Carson Valley from their yard is fabulous. They can accomodate 12 rigs for dry camping in their back yard and the cost of $20 per person includes 5 meals.
