Vendor Application Form

Complete this form and submit full payment to apply as a Vendor. Refer to the booth options and full descriptions on our website before choosing your booth. Selected vendors will be advised by email before November 15th (if you apply before that date). If an application is declined, you will be advised by email before November 20, and your payment will be fully refunded to the original method of payment. NOTE: All payments are final and refunds are issued only if we cancel the event, or if your application is declined.
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable, see refund policy on our website.

Note:

A) An application will be cancelled if the company falls in any of these situations:

- is an MLM;
- is a religious or political organization that has not obtained our prior approval to register; or
- offers a product or service that is irrelevant or inappropriate to the theme of our event.

B) If we cancel the registration for one of the above reasons, a refund will be issued minus an administrative fee of $50.

Applications are accepted at our discretion. If we decline a registration due to lack of space or due to too many vendors offering similar products, or for any reason other than the situations mentioned in A) above, your registration fee will be fully refunded.

- Vendors offering food must obtain the required Special Events permit from the MAPAQ for the Quebec event.
- The venue require that each vendor obtains liability insurance coverage of at least $2M for the event.
- Wi-Fi access is available FREE of charge, though we recommend you also have your own data plan as a backup in case of any technical issues with the venue's Wi-Fi.

- Access to electrical outlet(s) is available FREE of charge but must be requested ahead of time, in the form below and is subject to availability.

- Certain types of booth allow you to share space with another vendor. If you wish to share your table or space, you will be responsible for searching a suitable vendor to share with. We do not take part in sending out queries on your behalf. The proposed vendor must also complete and submit this registration form separately and be accepted in order to share your space. A $10 administrative fee will be charged to each vendor sharing a booth.

- Vendors wishing to bring an extra table or display unit must ensure that such furniture fit within their rented space. Vendors bringing extra furniture must advise us in writing before December 1st and obtain our approval. No change to our table configuration is permitted on the day of the event.
