  • Copywriter

    We’re looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team and help shape the voice of Spines across all our platforms. As a Copywriter, you’ll be creating and managing ongoing marketing content, including:

    • High-converting scripts for video ads
    • Creative scripts for organic content
    • Optimized copy for upcoming marketing materials, such as landing pages, social posts, video descriptions, and LinkedIn content

    In addition to copywriting, you’ll be managing our entire content production funnel—overseeing presenters, video editors, and our social media manager.

    Your work will play a crucial role in our marketing strategy, helping Spines gain more exposure across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook Reels.

    We are looking for an experienced performance marketing professional to help our authors sell their books by means of various Pay-Per-Clicks campaigns (Search Ads, Shopping Ads, etc).

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Define, build, and manage PPC campaign structures across multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon, etc)
    • Control the marketing budget and coordinate with your supervisor to confirm PPC objectives and align strategies
    • Communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives
    • Run A/B tests, analyze and evaluate performance data, provide action plans and implemente the most suitable optimizations

  • Graphic Designer

    In this role you will work on all stages of the book cover creation process from conception to design. This is a fantastic opportunity to create book covers for a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and design multiple book covers and mechanicals
    • Support and work closely with Project Managers on various tasks such as research, layouts, and presentations.
    • Partner and coordinate with other departments (editors, copywriters, production)
    • Prepare print ready digital files
    • Maintain high production standards, meet deadlines and respond thoughtfully to feedback

    Requirements

    • Previous design experience
    • Strong layout and typography skills
